How much money do I need to buy a home?

There are several factors that are taken into consideration when it comes to down-payment. There are many programs that require little or no down-payment. Our trusted lending partners are equipped with an array of tools to get you into the home that you want.

What is my home worth?

Detailed analysis is required to establish a true and accurate value for your home. Many people rely on sites that provide instant “valuations” and appraisal district information. There is no better way to get the wrong value for your home.

How does purchasing a home compare to renting?

Purchasing may involve certain tax advantages for you (see an accountant or financial advisor for more details) and it definitely provides more stability as you will never be asked to move out due to the landlord’s desire to change course with the property.

Why do I need a Realtor? Can’t I sell my home on my own?

There is no written rule that you must use a Realtor. What we bring to the table is a broad group of potential buyers, advertising prowess, knowledge and experience the transaction process. It is difficult for a seller to know the quality of the buyer without the buyer being vetted properly by professionals.

Is it a buyer or seller market?

Here at Core Values Realty Associates, we study market conditions and develop approaches that limit the impact of volatile markets. So regardless of current market trends, we will give you the best opportunity to accomplish your real estate goal.

When I relocate, should I sell my home or should I rent it?

This depends on long term goals. If you are interested in becoming a landlord to capitalize on future earnings, the rental route may be for you. If you would like to extract the equity from your home for other use, then selling may be for you.

Am I allowed to use my VA entitlement more than once?

The short answer is yes, the VA entitlement may be used multiple times and in some cases more than one home may be covered simultaneously by this entitlement.
